Refund policy

Specific fee amounts and session lengths are agreed individually; the timeframes below are proposed standard terms pending business confirmation.

Eligibility

Refunds may apply to consultation fees you have paid in advance if you cancel before the scheduled session or if we cancel on our side.

Timeframes

• More than 48 hours before the agreed session start: full refund of prepaid consultation fees.
• Within 48 hours: partial refund of 50% of the prepaid fee, reflecting reserved time.
• No-show without notice: no refund unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Non-refundable items

Completed sessions, delivered written plans, and third-party costs we paid on your instruction (travel, translation, filing fees) are not refundable.

Process

Email or call us with your name, session date, and payment reference. We confirm within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Further changes may incur a rescheduling fee agreed in your engagement letter.

Deposits

If a deposit applies to your engagement, it follows the same cancellation windows unless your written quote states otherwise.

Work already started

If planning work has begun with your approval, refunds cover only the unused portion of prepaid fees.

Exceptions

Force majeure events (severe weather affecting travel to rural sites, government restrictions) are handled case-by-case with good-faith rescheduling or credit toward a future session.
